Theresa, wow. Reading about your immense suffering was difficult - that sounds like A LOT. But to also then read of your healing journey + comeback story was insightful and inspirational! It was also a good reminder that when we're in the dark and the muck, that coming out on the other side can bring true, gorgeous transformation. Cheering for you + your journey onwards!
Thank you, Leah, for reading and for the kind note. "Coming out on the other side can bring true, gorgeous transformation." Yes! I am living proof of that.
Thank you for sharing so vulnerably, what a journey. I’m sorry to hear about all that you went through. Meeting you at that transition point I wouldn’t have guessed how recently you had been struggling, but there was an obvious depth to you that only comes from having been through some things. In a really great way! You convey trustworthiness and wisdom immediately.
Looking forward to following your journey forward. Also, I started the artist way a few weeks ago! Via The Internet Ppl podcast, and their bare minimum approach 😝. I like the idea of a deep dive cohort approach though, who was that through?
Thank you for reading, Miranda, and for your compliments. I sincerely appreciate it. I love that you are doing The Artist's Way! My cohort was facilitated by my creative coach, Lucinda. I highly recommend it! https://www.giddybynature.com/upcoming-events/
What a beautifully written journey, and thanks for your vulnerability. I know a couple neighbors who struggled with long COVID, and I'm so glad they shared that with me (it's crazy how common it is!), but it can really feel debilitating and hard to share. I'm certainly not always good at it.
I felt very burned out in different ways when I left my corporate role in October 2024. Community and making a difference is what I kept coming back to as well, and what helped me focus my career search.
"This isn’t just a new chapter, it’s a homecoming."
Cheers to you Theresa! A challenging and difficult journey, but it bought you here and I know there will be many people who are grateful for the work you do.
Love, love, LOVE this, Theresa!
Daw thank you Lucinda!

Your story resonates with me so deeply. I wish I’d known you in 2024, as we were on parallel journeys. So glad you’ve arrived where you are!
